one of my favourite finds is SlideShow Desktop. It's made by a
very nice guy in England who's terrific about answering pestering
emails and incorporating user suggestions. Basically, what it does
is flip your Windows desktop wallpaper at regular intervals. There
are other applications that do this, but none as well.

When my old wallpaper manager had problems after upgrading to XP, I went shopping and found SSD. I wish I had found SSD a long time ago! The product is stable, and does not seem to interfere with any other applications I typically use. It is easily configurable to do most anything I could imagine wanting. And although I usually use SSD as a wallpaper manager, it is also a wonderful desktop photo presentation application. Highly recommended!
